✨ Cannabis Hypnosis is a profound and spiritual practice that allows you to access deep levels of the subconscious mind. This could result in working through deep rooted emotions, pain or trauma. This can feel uncomfortable in the moment. But know that this is all part of the healing journey. If emotions surface for you, try to see them as energy moving through your body for 90 seconds and allow yourself to feel so you can heal. Remind yourself you are in a safe space and that every emotion is valid and welcome 

✨ Cannabis Hypnosis is an opportunity for me to share how I work with the medicine in an intentional and sacred way. I will be using suggestive language throughout the session, but already remember that you have free will. And everything I say is a suggestion for you to decide to receive or let go of. Most importantly, listen to your body. 

✨ If you ever feel triggered or overwhelmed. You can always sit up, open your eyes, ground yourself into your body and then come back to the practice. But at the same time, I suggest you to lean into the discomfort and see what it has to teach you. 

✨ Cannabis is of course always optional. You get to decide and create whatever journey you want!
